Collister Village is an eight-lot residential subdivision in Boise, extending from Barberry to Collister. Fortis is the owner and developer of the project and advanced it through entitlement and site planning to a build-ready position. It reflects the development side of our work: understanding the property, resolving the site, and making the decisions required before vertical construction begins.
