Ryder Ridge began as one large Boise lot with two connected homes. Fortis split the lot and separated the homes, creating two single-family homes, each on its own lot. The lot split is complete. One of the two, the 25th Street Residence, has since been renovated and has a detached ADU designed and approved. The corner home is not yet renovated, and two ADUs for it are under review with the city.
